Card Lounge & Poker Tables
Step into Sydney's most refined card lounge, where every hand is played on custom-built poker tables designed for serious players. Face-to-face poker in a private, subterranean setting, with premium tables and open seating for 21+ guests.
Table Hardware
Every table at Pokercanyon Magneticisland is built for long sessions, clear sightlines, and the tactile pleasure of live play. These are not standard casino tables—they are precision instruments for serious poker.
Each table is a custom 10-seater oval, providing ample space for every player and clear sightlines to the felt. Generous elbow room supports comfortable long sessions, while the oval shape ensures no player is at a disadvantage. Precision-built for stability and durability.
The playing surface uses premium magnetic-teal Teflon speed cloth, offering a smooth, fast glide for cards and chips. The Teflon coating reduces friction for effortless dealing, the magnetic-teal colour enhances card visibility, and the surface is easy to clean and maintain for a pristine look.
Padded Italian leather armrests and recessed copper cup holders add luxury and practicality to every seat. Buttery-soft leather provides all-night comfort, recessed copper cup holders prevent spills, and the copper accents match the venue's design language.
Open Seating
Our card lounge features open poker tables with accessible seating rotations, so you can join a face-to-face game whenever a seat is available. Walk-in players are welcome during operating hours, seating rotations keep games fair and social, and a host is available to guide you to an open seat.
Experience the camaraderie of real poker: read opponents, handle physical chips, and enjoy the tactile thrill of live play. There are no screens or avatars—just real people and real cards. Engage in table talk, build your poker reputation, and settle into a game that suits both casual and serious players.
House Standards
Clear, binding rules protect the integrity of every hand. Before you sit down, understand the standards that keep our games serious and fair.
Game Selection
Choose the format that matches your style. Our dealers run each game with the same precision as our tables.
